The Role

We’re seeking a talented and innovative Senior AI Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize AI/ML models that enhance our platform’s automation, risk detection, and compliance capabilities. This role will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about building real-world AI applications, thrives in collaborative environments, and stays ahead of emerging trends in machine learning and generative AI.

Qualifications

Required

5+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3+ years in AI/MLfocused roles
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy)

Experience developing, training, and deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Solid understanding of LLMs, NLP, and other deep learning techniques

Ability to analyze large datasets, optimize algorithms, and improve model performance

Strong problemsolving and collaboration skills

Enjoy breaking new ground and providing solutions in a rapidly changing environment
Experience in applying AI/ML to cybersecurity, threat detection, or compliance automation
Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices for model lifecycle management
Familiarity with APIs and integrating AI models into production SaaS environments
Background in data privacy and security considerations for AI development
Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
