AI Staff Engineer - Full-Stack Builder
We’re looking for a rare kind of engineer: someone who thinks AI-first, builds from 0→1, and moves fast.
This is a high-ownership, founding-level opportunity where you’ll take ambiguous problems, decide what to build, and ship AI-powered products end-to-end — from database to UI to production.
About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing technology company transforming operations through AI. Rather than simply adding AI features to existing products, they're rebuilding internal systems from the ground up using modern AI architecture and automation.
They're looking for a hands-on engineer who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys solving business problems through technology.
What you’ll do:
- Build AI-native features using LLMs, agents, RAG, tool use & evals
- Own the full stack across frontend, backend, data & AI
- Turn ideas into production products quickly
- Work closely with product & operations to solve real customer problems
- Help shape how AI is used across the platform
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years building production full-stack applications
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic or open-source LLMs
- A true builder mindset — open-source, side projects, demos or products you've shipped
- Product-minded, fast-moving and comfortable with ambiguity
⭐ Bonus: experience with AI agents, eval frameworks, vector databases, marketplaces, logistics, delivery or restaurant tech.
